The Slovene Consumers’ Association, ZPS is presenting iFLEX and the consumer perspective at the Digital Energy Summit which takes place in Ljubljana on 6-7 December 2023.

ZPS addresses the digital transformation from the perspective of consumers, focusing on the consumer’s role and importance as a key stakeholder in the digital adoption, and how the iFLEX project acknowledges this by emphasising user engagement and co-creation with consumers from the early beginning of the project to the final solution.
The presentation from ZPS titled “Consumer Demand ResponseDemand Response Intentional change of normal consumption patterns by energy consumers in response to external price signals (implicit DR) or incentives to reduce or increase consumption (explicit DR).
