Delve into the latest results from the BRIDGE working group on consumer and citizen engagement to learn about strategies, tools and indicators in the engagement of people in energy projects.
As co-leader of the subgroup Smart Tools, iFLEX partner In-JeT has contributed to the report and co-authored a paper on design approaches in BRIDGE as part of the work. The paper explores the design-oriented (human-centred) mindset and approaches to innovation (understood as innovation centred around people’s needs and aspirations) in the development of digital interactive applications within the framework of BRIDGE.
Check out the paper Design Innovation in European Smart Energy Projects in Annex III of the report.
